Star Alimentos is looking for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients: wash, cut, measure, and organize food items. * Assist in preparing sauces, rice, beans, stews, and fried dishes. * Prepare simple dishes such as salads or appetizers. * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. * Comply with hygiene standards (GMP, NOM-251\) and food safety requirements. * Properly label and store supplies and products. * Follow instructions from the chef and kitchen supervisor. * Participate in area improvements and comply with internal policies. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school (preferred). * Minimum experience: 1 year as a kitchen assistant. * Knowledge of basic food preparation, GMP, and NOM-251\. * Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and focus on cleanliness and organization. * Availability to work under pressure.
