We are looking for our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE** **What skills and experience should you have?** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with official degree and professional license (MANDATORY) * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health * Experience in safety and hygiene * Knowledge of implementing the regulatory framework of the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) (NOM-030) * Residency near the area **What will your responsibilities be?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Participate in compliance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. * Maintain records, reports, forms, communications, and provide occupational health advisory services. * Participate in assigned safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance with sanitary emergency response plans. * Track and manage personnel occupationally exposed to hazards. * Develop, implement, and monitor Medical Surveillance Programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication inventories, supplies, furniture, equipment, * Hazardous Biological-Infectious Waste (RPBI), logs). * Manage clinical files in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, “Clinical Files.” * Conduct and interpret health examinations for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Issue permits for high-risk work activities. * Implement and monitor compliance with the Wellness Program. **What do we offer you—and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $14,000.00 * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers: $1,013.00 per month * Courses and training with academic credit value * Uniform provided, renewed annually **What schedule will you follow?** Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 hrs and 18:00–06:00 hrs (rotating among the four team members) **Where will you work?** Parque Toluca, San Blas Otzacatipan **Does this sound like the right opportunity?
