Coordinate and supervise the operations team, manage performance indicators, resolve incidents, maintain effective relationships with customers, service providers (transport lines and on-site coordinations), and support functions—ensuring an efficient, data-driven, analytical, and continuously improving operation. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Coordinate and monitor daily local and foreign delivery operations. * Lead improvement projects to reduce unloading times, loading discrepancies, and rejections. * Supervise proper delivery documentation (POD – Proof of Delivery). * Conduct delivery data analysis to identify failures, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Manage communication with carriers, logistics operators, and internal/external customers. * Resolve delivery incidents with a customer-centric and effective solution approach. * Evaluate and implement technological tools to enhance delivery traceability and control. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED** **Experience & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, delivery control, or control tower operations. * Experience supervising routes, customer deliveries, and managing logistics KPIs. * Knowledge of road safety and transportation regulations. * Preferred: Experience in high-volume distribution industries. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, statistical formulas). * Proficiency in data analysis tools: Power BI. * Design and implementation of performance indicators. * Familiarity with transportation management systems (GPS). * Understanding of last-mile logistics and reverse logistics processes. * Route analysis, transit time assessment, and logistics cost analysis. * Database management and collaborative tools proficiency. **Skills** * Problem solving * Adaptability to change * Attitudes * Teamwork * Influencing others * Results orientation * Problem solving **Leadership** * Focus on what Counts – Prioritize what truly matters for the business. * Stay Three Steps Ahead – Think creatively and curiously, anticipating consumer and customer needs. * Deliver with excellence – Ownership and pride in execution. * Care Deeply – We deeply care about how consumers experience our brands every day, everywhere. **ARE YOU INTERESTED?** Submit your application via this portal, as email applications will not be processed.
