If you want to **grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of ice cream**, this is the place for you! **JOB PURPOSE:** You will be responsible for ensuring strategic and tactical activities are executed efficiently through close collaboration with our commercial partners. With a focus on alignment strategy, this role is key to maintaining product availability and improving customer service levels. You will play a vital role in collaborative planning, demand forecasting, and execution of distribution tactics — ensuring effective communication during peak demand periods. Your ability to coordinate and build strong internal and external relationships will be fundamental to the department’s success. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate CPFR activities to ensure alignment between demand and supply. * Ensure strategic collaboration between Unilever and commercial partners. * Maintain discipline in building aligned information for collaborative planning processes. * Reduce out-of-stocks at points of sale and improve customer service. * Communicate effectively about peak seasons and coordinate incremental sales activities. * Build a synergistic relationship between logistics teams of both commercial partners. * Monitor and maintain logistical variables to ensure product availability. * Maintain discipline in generating KPI reports. * Develop tools to support short- and long-term planning collaboration. * Conduct scheduled visits to gain market insights. **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** **SKILLS:** * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Knowledge of collaborative planning and demand forecasting. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Experience managing teams and coordinating projects. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Previous experience in CPFR or similar roles. **LEADERSHIP:** * We are built to grow. * We operate with speed and simplicity. * We win together while having fun. * We innovate boldly to transform the industry. * We care for and challenge each other to improve. * We are ice cream experts. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * A unique blend of global scale and startup spirit: €8.3 billion with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
