**WE ARE CARTÓN** is a company dedicated to manufacturing corrugated cardboard packaging for the industrial, agricultural, and other sectors. We are seeking: **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.** Supervise and coordinate conversion area operations to ensure adherence to the production schedule, guarantee product quality, efficient use of resources, personnel safety, and on-time delivery. * Supervise proper operation of machinery (die-cutters, flexographic printers, glue machines, etc.). * Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule. * Coordinate operational staff by assigning tasks and priorities. * Verify that products meet quality specifications. * Supervise proper use of raw materials and supplies. * Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations. * Implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency. * Control downtime and optimize production processes. * Train and support operational staff on procedures and best practices. * Monitor production indicators (KPIs). **Work Schedule:** First shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Second shift: 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM Schedules apply from Monday to Saturday. **Experience:** * 2–4 years of supervision experience in corrugated cardboard or packaging companies. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of corrugated cardboard conversion processes. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Results-oriented mindset * Operational staff management Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free beverages * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
