We are looking for \- **Executive Assistant** *\- Purpose* Represent the institutional image and provide warm, proactive, and discreet assistance to Executive Management, safeguarding the corporate experience and anticipating needs to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, front-desk operations, and executive events. \- *Main Responsibilities* * Front-desk reception and personalized service: receive, accompany, and guide clients, suppliers, and executives with professional courtesy; manage visitor logs and access control while maintaining confidentiality and executive protocol. * Priority support for Executive Management: screen and route calls, messages, and visits for Executive Management; maintain seamless communication to address direct requests and closely monitor executive needs before, during, and after meetings or travel. * Executive logistics coordination: organize meeting rooms, support materials, and related services; manage timely reservations (hotels, restaurants, transportation); coordinate arrivals and departures of high-level guests. * Event and protocol support: coordinate guest arrivals, distribute welcome materials, and uphold etiquette and image standards during corporate events. * Basic document and administrative management: maintain simple correspondence and front-desk filing controls in both physical and digital formats; report incidents and track front-desk supply status to ensure uninterrupted service. * Experience oversight: monitor the front-desk environment (appearance, cleanliness, service quality) and raise observations or propose actions to sustain continuity and quality of executive service. \- *Requirements* * Education: preferably technical training or courses in hospitality, customer service, or secretarial studies. * Experience: minimum 1–2 years in front-desk, hostess, or corporate customer service roles. * Skills: excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, discretion, and ability to anticipate and prioritize executive needs; proactivity and composure under pressure. * Digital competencies: basic knowledge of access control systems, digital logs, and Microsoft Office suite; aptitude to quickly learn internal platforms. *Key Skills* \- Learning Agility \- Teamwork \- Analytical Thinking \- Effective verbal and written communication. \- Responsiveness. \- Attention to detail \- Technical language. ***On-site work*** We are highly interested in welcoming you to our team — prioritizing your well-being, that of our clients, and of the company, enabling sustainable long-term operations.
