Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX Salary: $10,000 net monthly Immediate hiring WE OFFER: * Direct employment * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus and vacation premium * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Professional development REQUIREMENTS: * Age 25–35 years * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or similar position * Excellent appearance and courteous demeanor * Strong verbal communication skills * Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment * Organizational skills, punctuality, and responsibility * Flexible availability for working hours * Minimum of 2 verifiable letters of recommendation or employment certificates RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reception and registration of visitors * Switchboard operation and call routing * Customer and supplier service * Administrative support * Email tracking, reporting, and logbook maintenance WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs Alternate Saturdays, 08:00–15:00 hrs IMPORTANT: Applications from candidates with a commute time exceeding 1 hour to the Lomas de Chapultepec area will not be considered.
