Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial CCTV Operator to perform camera monitoring, incident detection and reporting, security protocol follow-up, and coordination of actions in response to risks. Preparation of reports and follow-up on security protocols. **GUARDIAN 24 S.A DE CV. is seeking a CCTV Operator in Queretaro \- Querétaro, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INDUSTRIAL CCTV OPERATOR Main responsibilities include: * Real-time CCTV camera monitoring * Incident detection and reporting * Report and log preparation * Security protocol follow-up * Communication with operational staff * Verification of routes, transit times, and stops * Detection of unauthorized deviations or stops * Response to system alerts (e.g., speeding, geofences, engine shutdown, etc.) * Response to risk situations such as thefts or emergencies * Coordination of actions in case of incidents * Reporting situations to supervisors or relevant departments * Preparation of route, timing, incident, and performance reports * Recording of relevant events during the shift Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial CCTV monitoring * Proficiency in GPS tracking software.
