Collaborate with regulatory and human resources authorities. **Seguridad GC is seeking a COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR in Juarez \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grupo Consultores, a leading provider of security guard and patrol services in Ciudad de México, is seeking talent to join its Human Resources team. **Compliance Coordinator** ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with regulations applicable to security and patrol services. * Update and disseminate internal procedures aligned with legal and industry standards. * Train personnel on current policies and regulations. * Prepare internal compliance reports and audits. * Collaborate with regulatory and human resources authorities. ### **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Law, Administration, Accounting, or related bachelor's degree. * Experience in compliance and/or human resources, preferably in private security, surveillance, or related industries. * Knowledge of labor legislation and applicable regulations in Ciudad de México. * Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) * Internal auditing and control * Document management * Risk identification and analysis * Development of policies and procedures * Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 37001, ISO 45001, etc.) * Ability to work onsite in the Juárez, Cuauhtémoc area. * Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to interact effectively with operational staff. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $20,000 MXN (net). * Statutory benefits and job stability. * Professional work environment and opportunities for career development. * Ongoing training in compliance and human resources.
