Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Job Objective** Operate, develop, and implement automated systems in industrial environments, ensuring operational continuity, process optimization, cost reduction, improved safety, and consistent production. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain automated systems (PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems). * Analyze and optimize production processes through automation system improvements. * Develop and maintain diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. * Identify and resolve hardware–software interface failures in automated systems. * Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechatronic equipment and systems. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT departments to ensure efficient system operation. * Train operational and technical personnel on the use and supervision of automated systems. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable standards. * Propose and implement technological improvements for continuous production process optimization. **Key Competencies** * Analysis and resolution of complex problems. * Innovative thinking and focus on continuous improvement. * Multidisciplinary team collaboration. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail and technical accuracy.
