Location: Mexicali, Baja California. **Job Requirements** * Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in the education field. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work in a team. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Job Responsibilities** * Generate reports on the implementation of academic plans and programs, as well as statistical evidence for analysis and feedback. * Monitor annual work plans of Schools and Faculties under supervision. * Participate in the organization and supervision of academic events, verifying proper completion of links and appropriate dissemination. * Oversee the preparation of calendars, schedules, and activities for various academic programs. * Verify that curriculum templates submitted by program directors are up-to-date, aligned with the curriculum, reflect correct credit hours and schedules, and include all required data per template. * Review program budget versus templates. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Major medical expense insurance. * Opportunities for training and professional development. * Positive work environment and collaborative team. * Access to facilities (gym, swimming pool, clinics, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
