Job Description: A leading company in the furniture industry is seeking: **QUALITY COORDINATOR.** **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing processes, regulations, and customer service and after-sales support. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of SolidWorks. **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree (quality specialization preferred but not mandatory). **Objective** * Develop, implement, update, and promote an operational culture grounded in the essential aspects of building with quality at the workstation. * Maintain the Quality Management System at both the manufacturing site and corporate offices, promoting the use and application of established quality policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain the Quality System in accordance with standard requirements. * Coordinate internal, external, and follow-up audits related to the continuous improvement plan. * Develop methodologies for process improvement, documentation, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. **Main Functions** * Ensure that the processes necessary for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained, in accordance with audit results and process data analysis. * Analyze the performance of the Quality Management System and identify any areas requiring improvement. * Ensure compliance with customer requirements across all organizational levels through appropriate training, internal communication, and monitoring of customer perception. * Analyze data providing information on: customer satisfaction, product requirements, preventive and corrective actions, and external processes. * Maintain communication with customers to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM\. **Desired Age Range:** 25 to 35\. **Gender:** Indifferent.
