Attention to and resolution of incidents en route **Requirements:** * **English: advanced** * Basic Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability and proactive attitude. **Schedule:** * Friday to Monday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. \-\-\-\-\- Tuesday to Thursday off **Responsibilities:** * Tracking execution of planning. * Monitoring of vehicles. * Constant communication with drivers and internal customers. * Control of travel documents and system reporting. * Attention to and resolution of incidents en route. * Compliance with safety regulations and delivery timelines.
