Proposes strategies to prevent project deviations A large-scale consortium is seeking personnel for a railway project (Querétaro–Irapuato Train), for the position of: **CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING COORDINATOR** **OBJECTIVE:** A specialist in Microsoft Project and Neodata, responsible for continuously updating the construction schedule in Project and Neodata to ensure planning and resource control, as well as adherence to client-defined milestones and the cost baseline, reporting progress via reports and presentations to their immediate supervisor and management. REQUIREMENTS: * Civil Engineer or Architect with degree and professional license (mandatory). * Proficiency in specialized software: * Neodata. * Project. * Last Planner methodology. * Critical Path Methodology. * Advanced Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and coordinate approval of initial construction planning. * Manage tracking and updating of initial planning. * Establish the project cost baseline jointly with project management. * Generate reports to present variances, key performance indicators, and earned value. * Propose strategies based on results and Project metrics to support decision-making and prevent project deviations.
