Job Summary: Cybersecurity Project Manager responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning strategies, and managing teams using Agile methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Recruiter: Rodolfo Ponce Position: Cybersecurity Project Manager Location: CDMX (Felix Cuevas) Industry: Insurance Sector Years of Experience: 5 \- 8 Work Modality: Hybrid Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) English Level: Intermediate Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Your Responsibilities: Project Manager with advanced English proficiency, specialized in cybersecurity Ensure successful execution of assigned projects (annual value of 10 \- 30 million MXN; 1\-2 projects). Ensure proper definition of project scope and execution plans. Execute projects aligned with defined KPIs (time, resources, budget, and quality). Communicate project progress and performance effectively. Ensure adherence to methodologies and processes defined by the PMO. Design project strategy aligned with current requirements and future user needs. Project Management experience, preferably in technology-related areas Projects in the Insurance Sector, PMP and/or SCRUM certification required. Ensure appropriate staffing for the project (internal staff, external contractors, vendors, etc.). Agile Methodology: Ensure successful project execution according to the agreed scope/value with the business, including processes, technological tools, and change management. Pay attention to details and avoid misunderstandings. Challenge teams and propose improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery. Requirements and Technical Skills Facilitate communication among workstreams; report project progress and needs to Sponsor(s), Executive Committee, and key leaders. Identify risks promptly and define/implement mitigation plans. Manage budget appropriately, as well as vendors (if applicable). Develop and update the project work plan and critical path, considering scenarios that account for team risks and challenges. Deliver project progress, risk, and/or impediment reports to the Project Office, with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives on plans. Ensure alignment between investment and approved benefits (business case) for the project. Support definition of deliverables for each project and track changes per methodology. Skills: Ability to work under pressure, high-quality output, and results-oriented.
