Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
Ensure equipment remains in optimal operating condition by ensuring compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs through coordination of internal and external resources, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity.
**Your Impact**
Coordinate execution, plans, and maintenance schedules in alignment with established strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines, ensuring proper management of required resources for successful execution.
Lead preparation and post-maintenance sessions with all stakeholders involved in each maintenance activity.
Assign maintenance tasks according to each team member’s skills and experience.
Monitor and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and proper execution of planned activities and work, aligned with operational safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Continuously monitor the status of equipment, spare parts, tools, and services to guarantee operational continuity and smooth workflow.
Promote, implement, and track initiatives and strategies aimed at improving equipment functionality and maintenance, ensuring positive impact on key operational metrics.
Champion training strategies to develop preventive, corrective, predictive, and service maintenance skills among operations personnel, aligned with applicable technologies.
Track budgetary control assigned to the maintenance area, ensuring availability of appropriate tools—such as spare parts and equipment—through correct prioritization and management of allocated resources.
Contribute to the proper implementation of the PeMM and C\&IS LATAM methodologies, as well as the development of strategies for their sustainability and continuous improvement.
Conduct failure analysis related to maintenance jointly with mechanics, operators, and involved facilitators, ensuring root cause identification of equipment damage and generation of effective SMART action plans.
Ensure tracking of comprehensive team metrics through active participation and proper management of the organizational transformation model: Motor\+.
Improve metrics through performance management: startup, performance, reporting.
Foster commitment and recognition through participation in engagement committee initiatives.
Manage action plans and strategies through facilitation teams.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
Intermediate English proficiency.
SAP proficiency.
Experience in planning, engineering, and execution.
Teamwork orientation.
People management experience.
Leadership capabilities.
Resource administration skills.
Production planning experience.
Strong communication skills.
