The Business Development Executive must plan and execute persuasive strategies to onboard top-tier accounts within the market while closely collaborating with mid- to senior-level management. Therefore, we seek individuals with deep market knowledge and outstanding sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients by gaining deep insight into their needs to diagnose requirements and build tailored value solutions for each client. * Expand market presence by identifying and closely collaborating with decision-makers at our business partners. * Establish business relationships with partner clients, building and nurturing long-term, win-win partnerships. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-ups with each client. * Meet and exceed our partners’ expectations and commitments by delivering excellence in service. * Prioritize opportunities within your territory; develop action plans and ensure implementation to achieve established goals. * Visit clients to identify their needs and follow up on partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets. Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of business development or sales experience.
