As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and traceability of information at every stage of the project. Your core role will involve systematic registration, filing, and control of documents, ensuring information remains organized and accessible under the company’s excellence standards. You will serve as the guardian of version control, managing updates and removing obsolete documentation to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison between departments for efficient workflow distribution, rigorously verifying formats and naming conventions while actively participating in the continuous optimization and improvement of document management processes. **Responsibilities**: 1\. Collaborate in the registration, filing, and control of all documents generated in projects. 2\. Ensure documentation remains organized and accessible according to the company’s established standards. 3\. Assist in updating document records, including entering new versions and removing obsolete versions. 4\. Support the team in distributing and controlling internal and external documents. 5\. Review and verify that documents comply with established formats and naming conventions. 6\. Participate in improving document management processes. 7\. Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct receipt and delivery of documents. **Requirements**: Completed bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, project management, or related fields.
