***Purpose***
Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Portfolio and Cash Management Division by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and goals. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures.
#### ***Responsibilities***
* Foster a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise.
* Execute requested maintenance tasks in ScotiaPro related to cost centers, products, and accounting accounts.
* Update CNOF, INPC, Products, Subproducts, Promotions, Deductions, Cross-References, and contra-account maintenance tables to ensure systems operate correctly according to requested changes.
* Perform entries requested by the Reconciliation Directorate staff.
* Carry out duties inherent to the position, as well as those assigned by the immediate supervisor, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives.
* Provide coverage for colleagues during absences due to vacation, disability, etc., ensuring continuity of functions and operations.
* Keep operational policies and procedures up to date.
* Support internal and external audits by fulfilling information requests from Internal and External Auditors.
* Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions.
* Actively conduct effective and efficient operations within respective areas while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.

#### ***Scope***
* Perform maintenance tasks instructed by Operations, Product, and Deposit areas.
* Understand established guidelines for parameter functionality in ScotiaPro.
* Comply with regulations set forth by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
#### ***Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those specific to the role)***
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, candidate, technical, or incomplete studies.
* Knowledge of accounting applications, ScotiaPro, and MGL (desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
* Knowledge of accounting aspects of banking products (desirable).
