




Position Summary: This role ensures the management, control, and reliability of branch inventories through physical and documentary audits, as well as compliance with internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct physical inventory audits and validate cycle counts. 2. Analyze inventory discrepancies and audit merchandise transfers. 3. Propose improvements to internal controls related to inventory. Ensure proper management, control, and reliability of branch inventories by executing physical and documentary audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and controls established by the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inventory audits at branches. * Validate the correct execution of cycle counts and full physical counts. * Review and analyze inventory discrepancies (shortages and overages). * Audit merchandise transfers between branches and distribution centers. * Verify that inventory movements are properly recorded in the system. * Identify inconsistencies, potential shrinkage, or operational deviations. * Evaluate compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, risks, and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans arising from previous audits. * Propose improvements to internal controls related to inventory.
