Responsibilities: Verify that every order has a corresponding invoice (validate the billing pool) Account for and stamp all invoices Integrate invoices into the delivery guide Verify that delivery guides comply with the signature protocol, employee number, and name of the assigned delivery person Submit all delivery guides to settlement to ensure enforceable delivery and settlement upon completion of operations. · We Offer: - Base salary - Food vouchers - Savings fund - Savings box - 30 days’ year-end bonus - Life insurance · Requirements to Apply: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field / Graduated with professional license (Mandatory). - Demonstrable experience in billing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - SAP system experience - Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
