This could be your next big step! **Position Profile:** As a Vault Keeper (Archivist), you will be responsible for ensuring the control, organization, safekeeping, and confidentiality of our Members’ and minor savers’ files, as well as all documentation assigned to you. Your work is essential to guaranteeing the integrity of the information supporting our operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and validate files according to established procedures. * Classify and archive physical documentation in order and according to the cooperative’s internal criteria. * Complete logs and inventories. * Control access to and delivery of files with strict adherence to confidentiality standards. * Support documentary audit processes or information retrieval. **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or administrative technical degree. * Desired experience: 1 year in archiving, document management, or physical file safeguarding activities. * Basic knowledge: Handling of physical documentation, archive inventories, data confidentiality. * Proficiency in PC usage. * Residence in Cuitláhuac or neighboring municipality. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary of **$4,750\.** * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation time, vacation bonus, year-end bonus (45 days). * Life insurance. * Quarterly bonuses. * Economic leave. * Payroll loans and advances. * Birthday leave day. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays: 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Do you want to join our team?** Share your CV with us through this channel
