Activity Plan: Administrative Assistant (JCF) 1\. Document Management and Archiving * **File Organization:** Classify and archive physical and digital documents (e.g., invoices, attendance reports) * **Digitization:** Assist in scanning critical documents for cloud or internal server backup. * **Supply Control:** Monitor stationery and office supply inventory, reporting shortages for replenishment. 2\. Customer Service and Support * **Reception and Routing:** Answer telephone calls and receive visitors or suppliers, directing them to the appropriate department. * **Employee Support:** Provide basic assistance to branch employees regarding internal form queries or receipt delivery. * **Internal Communication:** Assist in disseminating official notices, dress code policies, and team-building events via information boards. 4\. Administrative\-Accounting Support * **Data Entry:** Populate Excel spreadsheets or internal systems with data. 5\. Organizational Culture and Compliance * **Internal Events:** Actively participate in logistics for civic ceremonies, team-building activities, and special celebrations.
