We seek your talent as: The Level Manager **Mission:** Responsible for delivering the highest quality service and product to guests, ensuring their satisfaction. Will supervise compliance with exclusive hotel standards and policies. **What will I do?** * Ensure adherence to hotel service standards and policies, implementing continuous improvements to optimize the guest experience * Manage reservations and room assignments for VIP guests, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience * Conduct guest check\-in and check\-out following established procedures, ensuring a seamless and hassle\-free experience * Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure an integrated guest experience, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams **What do I need?** * Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Micros OPERA or Opera Cloud, to ensure efficient daily operations management. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are desirable to communicate effectively with guests. * Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in similar positions, demonstrating a successful track record in front office leadership roles. * Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and dynamic attitude.
