Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with production processes through continuous inspections and verifications. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures product quality through inspections and testing. 2. Participates in training for professional development. 3. Collaborates in the continuous improvement of processes. 1 Use the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned activities. 2 Keep work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized. 3 Address significant environmental aspects through routine activities. 4 Participate in provided training courses and/or programs. 5 Observe compliance with applicable procedures. 6 Conduct production process inspections using the corresponding form. 7 Perform temperature tests on plastic threaded and composite products at the start of each production run. 8 Perform porosity tests on blanks exiting the injection molding process. 9 In case of detecting process deviations, generate a Product Hold Report and notify the Supervisor, Plant Manager, Process Supervisor, and/or Injection Process Leader to implement necessary corrective actions. 10 Verify that non-conforming products are segregated online per final design requirements or Work Instructions. 11 Verify/release product prior to warehouse entry by signing the corresponding form to ensure product compliance with requirements. 12 Conduct raw material inspections and record them in the Receiving Inspection Record. 13 Verify process documentation during product release. 14 Perform at least two product inspection walkthroughs on the production floor.
