We are a renowned artisanal bakery brand seeking a leader with experience in display case management and team supervision to guarantee product quality and customer experience while operating within Ángeles Hospitals. **Job Objective** Organize and supply necessary items for the counter and display case, ensure achievement of established sales targets, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of the display case and team supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Review baking and dessert production schedules. * Verify product quality, freshness, and rotation. * Check expiration dates and identify missing or out-of-stock items. * Verify product shortages in POS systems and delivery tablets. * Inspect cleanliness and orderliness of areas, and coordinate team activities. * Provide customer service and supervise service sequence and operational flow. * Handle cash transactions, cash counts, and daily cash closing.
