Main Responsibilities: \- Receive and welcome residents, guests, and vendors. \- Assist with luggage, parcel, and shopping transportation. \- Provide basic orientation regarding the condominium and its amenities. \- Support access control in coordination with reception/security. \- Maintain order and a positive image of the lobby and entrances. \- Report incidents or maintenance needs.
