We are located at Símbolos Patrios 1313, near Walmart. **Job Title: Customer Service** Main Responsibilities: Receiving and tracking orders. Answering customer calls, messages, and emails. Providing product, pricing, and inventory information. Coordinating with the warehouse for order fulfillment and delivery. Preparing reports and entering data. Tracking incidents and returns. Maintaining consistent communication with customers and internal departments. Requirements: Completed high school education. Experience in customer service or administrative roles. Basic/intermediate computer and Excel skills. Ability to organize information and track progress. Good spelling and courteous demeanor. Skills: Proactivity. Organization and follow-up. Effective communication. Problem solving. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM\-6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM\-4:00 PM Weekly salary: $2,300 Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $2,300\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
