Due to the opening of our **new, cat-exclusive branch**, we are seeking **new talent to join our team**. **Position: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative** **Main Responsibilities:** * Cash and point-of-sale (POS) terminal transactions. * Management of petty cash. * Receiving and welcoming pet guardians and patients. * Answering telephone calls. * Scheduling appointments and providing timely follow-up. * Using and managing the administrative system **Qvet**. * Managing the corporate **WhatsApp** account. * Selling retail products (food, accessories, and some medications). * Coordinating patients with available veterinarians. * Coordinating with external veterinarians for complementary services. * Managing and organizing schedules.
