




Job Summary: Responsible for food preparation, production, and service while maintaining high hygiene standards and collaborating with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. 2. Keep your work area clean and organized. 3. Coordinate with other cooks and departments. Food Preparation * Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating, portioning). * Support various kitchen stations (cold, hot, grill, etc.). Production and Service * Plate dishes carefully, paying attention to presentation and portion sizes. * Meet service timelines during peak hours. * Follow instructions from Line Cook A or Chef. Cleaning and Organization * Keep your work area clean and organized. * Wash utensils and equipment as needed. * Comply with food hygiene and handling standards. Inventory Control * Verify sufficient ingredient stock for the shift. * Assist with receiving and storing products. * Minimize waste and ensure proper use of supplies. Safety and Hygiene * Use kitchen tools and equipment properly. * Follow food safety regulations. * Maintain appropriate personal hygiene (uniform, clean hands, etc.). Teamwork * Coordinate with other cooks and departments (servers, bar staff, etc.). * Assist with other tasks as required. * Maintain effective communication in the kitchen.
