Job Responsibilities
Health Control and Prevention
Preparation of medical records for shipyard personnel
Management of health campaigns
Direction and provision of medical emergency care for personnel
Conducting medical examinations for newly hired personnel.
Nursing Treatment Plans
Performing wound dressings, patient catheterization, administering injections, applying bandages, and dispensing medications
Patient mobilization when necessary
Monitoring of personnel vulnerable to high-risk work
Inventory management of nursing supplies to prevent shortages
Follow-up on health programs and campaigns
Conducting health surveys
Delivering weekly health topics
Health Promotion
Implementing physical protection schemes for workers
Suggesting modifications to ensure appropriate ergonomic conditions at work
Identifying epidemiological contagion risks and referring cases accordingly to prevent community spread
Conducting anti-doping tests for newly hired applicants.
Writing 5-minute health-related talks.
Participation in emergency brigades and drills.
Immediate response to contingencies.
Follow-up on the annual occupational health program.
Budget and monthly expense control for medications and accidents.
Preparation of a weekly summary of progress and accident statistics.
Management of complete medical records.
Participation in occupational health training sessions.
Experience and Requirements
Knowledge of IMSS Law,
Knowledge of Mexican official standards,
Knowledge of Federal Labor Law,
Office software suite,
Technological skills,
Advanced patient care techniques,
Medical emergencies and CPR
Anatomy knowledge,
