Maintenance of the reception area’s appearance and compliance with standards. **Job Objective:** To provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service from the moment customers arrive at the branch, ensuring a positive, orderly experience aligned with Mille Délices’ established service standards, brand image, and quality requirements. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Greet customers with a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude upon entering the branch. · Welcome customers following the company’s established customer service protocol. · Assign tables in an organized manner, considering availability, table rotation, and service type. · Manage waiting lists during peak hours, keeping customers informed of estimated wait times. · Assist in resolving initial inquiries or concerns by promptly escalating them to the supervisor or manager. · Maintain the reception area’s appearance, ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the space. · Verify that customer-accessible areas—including entrances, tables, and visible zones—are in optimal condition. · Support customer flow management to prevent overcrowding in the service area. · Comply with the company’s hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. **Weekend Employment** Saturday and Sunday Fixed Shift: 7:00am to 2:30pm Salary: $550.00 per day Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
