Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced accountant with expertise in document validation, bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure accurate recording of business transactions. Key responsibilities include account recording, analysis, and reconciliation **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with any accounting system (e.g., CONTPAQ) * Knowledge of financial statements **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving and validating documents and invoices (CFDI); reviewing expenses and purchases * Performing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations * Recording standard financial transactions * Preparing working papers for control and numerical verification * Performing administrative tasks related to filing and record keeping * Validating and recording the company’s financial transactions and verifying their proper accounting treatment * Account analysis and reconciliation * Proper aging control of balances, both accounts receivable and accounts payable * Preparing bank reconciliations.
