A better future? **Job Description** ------------------- **NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | QUALITY LABORATORY COORDINATOR** **ARTEAGA, COAHUILA** You will be responsible for establishing the foundation for dimensional data analysis through MSA studies, and ensuring that measurement equipment complies with appropriate guidelines for proper operation. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Schedule measurement runs for various part numbers on the shop floor. * Execute measurement programs to perform corresponding measurements. * Conduct dimensional analysis using GD&T knowledge. * Perform repeatability and reproducibility studies on measurement equipment. * Conduct SPC analysis using statistical tools (Minitab). * Knowledge of measurement instruments such as fixtures, gages, verniers, indicators, calipers, etc. * Ensure preventive maintenance of measurement instruments used on the production line. * Participate in executing dimensional tests for PPAP development. * Monitor compliance with the C&E protocol in the laboratory. **Skills** ---------- Root Cause Analysis Analytical Testing**Education Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree. **Experience Requirements** --------------------------- * +4 years of experience in metrology and welding laboratories. **Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------- * GD&T expert. * Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, Troubleshooting, CQI-15, CQI-12. * Strong knowledge of welding, destructive testing, and dimensional analysis. **Equal Opportunity Employer** ------------------------------ *Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.* *We provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
