Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Ensure timely procurement of goods through preparation and placement of purchase orders to intercompany entities and third-party suppliers, as well as proper supplier management and evaluation, and maintenance of material records in the system. Your Responsibilities: * Analyze demand and generate purchase orders for intercompany entities and third-party suppliers * Analyze confirmed shipment dates provided by intercompany entities and third-party suppliers; submit improvement requests and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely receipt of goods. * Register, maintain, and evaluate domestic suppliers * Ensure compliance with internal processes and support quality management audits * Prepare requisitions required by other departments and areas, and track approval workflows. * Create purchase orders in the system; communicate with suppliers; manage delivery/supply; and follow up on invoices for payment. Conduct inventory analysis covering stock-on-hand, goods-in-transit, and goods pending shipment to prevent both stockouts and overstocking. * Adjust safety stock maximums and minimums based on consumption analysis. * Coordinate with intercompany entities regarding returns of slow-moving inventory; manage incidents related to goods-in-transit; resolve issues involving damaged or missing goods—reporting to intercompany entities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, or filing insurance claims. * Create, maintain, and clean up materials in the system (Material Master Data) * Ensure material records comply with correct configuration to guarantee smooth operational processes. * Document and resolve material-related issues with intercompany entities (Material Master Data) What You Need to Succeed **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or International Business * Experience: Minimum 2 years in import/export operations, transportation, and coordination with customs brokers; experience in industrial companies is desirable * **Desirable: Knowledge of building maintenance: General office services, UPS systems, emergency power plants, air conditioning systems.
