This role is critical to ensuring information quality, operational control, and the generation of insights that drive commercial decisions. **What will you do in this role?** **•** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and program activation reports. **•** Analyze data to identify patterns, generate insights, and raise alerts to the commercial team. **•** Support preparation of results presentations for clients and business partners. **•** Validate and reconcile financial information (premiums and commissions) in coordination with Finance. **•** Provide operational support and maintain constant communication with internal departments and business partners. **•** Propose data-based improvements to program processes and performance. **What we’re looking for** **•** Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. **•** Ability to question information rather than simply replicate it. **•** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. **•** Experience in insurance, automotive, warranties, banking, or finance (preferred). **•** Intermediate English (preferred). **•** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or related field.
