Focus on continuous improvement Support production area activities to ensure safe product manufacturing, adherence to established procedures, and development of technical skills for professional growth within the plant. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in assigned production process stages under supervision. * Perform preparation, assembly, cleaning, or supply tasks as instructed by the production supervisor. * Participate in cleaning and sanitation activities according to established programs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Seek feedback and continuously improve technical skills. * Properly use personal protective equipment. * Keep work area clean and organized. * Immediately report any deviation, incident, or food safety-related risk. * Attend food safety training sessions established by the company for operational staff. **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school. * Preferred: Technical degree in Food Science. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Ability to follow instructions. * Teamwork. * Time management. * Organization.
