Opportunity for professional development and quarterly bonus. **Procurement Manager** A real estate and shopping mall management company is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its corporate team. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient and timely procurement of goods and services required for the operation of shopping malls, parking facilities, and corporate offices, optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with internal policies. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the annual procurement plan for shopping malls and corporate departments. * Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities through consolidation of requirements and strategic negotiation. * Develop and strengthen the supplier network. * Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including quotations, comparative analysis tables, negotiations, and issuance of purchase orders. * Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers for maintenance, cleaning, security, operations, and supplies. * Supervise the performance of the Procurement Analyst. * Administer contracts and verify compliance with service-level agreements. * Prepare procurement, savings, and budget control reports. * Implement internal controls to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate policies. **Performance Indicators** Savings against the annual budget. Budget compliance and variance control. Average procurement cycle time. Error-free purchase orders. Supplier evaluation and performance. Documentation compliance and adherence to internal policies. **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in shopping malls, real estate sector, or service companies. Knowledge of strategic negotiation, cost analysis, supplier management, and contract administration. Advanced Excel proficiency. Candidates must be highly organized, possess a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, results orientation, resource optimization capability, integrity, and process adherence are essential.
