**Job Objective**
Lead and supervise the entire production cycle, ensuring every loaf of bread and pastry meets our distinctive standards for flavor, freshness, and quality, while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.
**What Will You Do With Us?**
**Production Management**: Supervise bakery, pastry, and prepared food production lines.
**Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (Distintivo H / NOM\-251\) and brand flavor specifications.
**Inventory and Cost Management**: Control waste, manage raw materials, and optimize resources to maintain profitability.
**Team Leadership**: Coordinate shifts, train operational staff, and foster an excellent work environment.
**Standardization**: Ensure strict adherence to recipes and technical baking and preparation processes.
What Are We Looking For?
**Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food Engineering, or related field.**
**Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within high-volume food manufacturing or bakery operations.
**Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in industrial bakery equipment, fermentation processes, fine pastry techniques, and quality management systems.
**Skills**: Resilient leadership, results-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational ability, and problem-solving under pressure.
