We are a leading company in the healthcare industry, specializing in the storage, marketing, and distribution of medicines and medical supplies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience * Education: Completed bachelor's degree * Experience: Must have pharmaceutical industry experience * Must reside near the area * Knowledge of NOM 59 (Good Documentation Practices) * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, databases) * Desirable knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 45001, 28001, 13415 * Availability to work full-time **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate supply processes for medicines and healthcare supplies. * Place purchase orders for supplies. * Reject products not in optimal condition. * Receive sales orders and customer returns. * Review returned goods and return manifests. * Ensure proper supply of medicines and healthcare supplies. * Follow up with the purchasing department for requested supplies. **We Offer:** * Direct employment by the company. * Statutory benefits * IMSS coverage from day one * Net salary of $16,700 * Biweekly payment * Corporate transportation (Huehuetoca, Santa Teresa, Zumpango, Cuautitlán, El Dorado) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Cuautipark II Industrial Park, Teoloyucan Avenue.
