Focus on regulatory requirements for imported products. **Regulatory Compliance Analyst (NOMs, Labeling, and Certification)** **Location:** Priv. del Cedral \#40, San Andrés Totoltepec, Tlalpan, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site Join a company specialized in regulatory compliance and product certification! At **SPROUT SOLUTIONS**, we are looking for a **Regulatory Compliance Analyst** with experience in NOMs, labeling, and certification, detail-oriented and possessing technical knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance for products marketed in Mexico. **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for the marketing of fiberglass and/or aluminum ladders intended for customers such as Telmex and CFE, ensuring safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant operations. **Requirements** ✔ Age 25–50 years ✔ Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or related field ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in certification, NOMs, or regulatory compliance ✔ Advanced Office software skills ✔ Intermediate-level ERP proficiency ✔ Prior experience in regulatory processes and technical compliance is desirable **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and apply national and international (USA) regulations for imported products * Manage certifications and laboratory testing for products * Prepare and validate labeling in accordance with NOMs for commercial information * Coordinate certification processes with laboratories, certification bodies, and verification units * Monitor active certifications and homologation processes * Advise clients on regulatory requirements, costs, and timelines * Generate reports, KPIs, and document control records * Participate in internal and external audits **Essential Knowledge** Mexican Official Standards (STPS) Occupational safety, hygiene, and work-at-heights regulations Quality management systems Commercial information labeling standards Product certification and homologation ANSI standards **Required Technical Specialization:** * NOM\-009\-STPS\-2011 * NOM\-036\-1\-STPS\-2018 * ANSI A14\.5\-2017 **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000** * Productivity bonus * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Professional development in a specialized technical environment * Job stability * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Working Hours** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV via WhatsApp to: **33 1178 9792** Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
