The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaborative leadership, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring project alignment with business strategic objectives and promoting ongoing improvement in quality, cost, and service.**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Advise functional areas on the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma strategy. * Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects reducing variation and waste in processes. * Manage Operational Model requirements. * Develop strategies to impact Continuous Improvement metrics. Manage Quick Kaizen activities. * Develop and coach Kaizen workshops. * Develop training materials and deliver them to plant personnel. * Coordinate Lean Practitioner certifications.
