A better future? **Job Description** ------------------------- Drive operational excellence by identifying, analyzing, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that optimize processes, increase efficiency, and generate sustainable value for the organization. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaborative leadership, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring project alignment with business strategic objectives and promoting ongoing improvement in quality, cost, and service.**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Advise functional areas on the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma strategy. * Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects reducing variation and waste in processes. * Manage Operational Model requirements. * Develop strategies to impact Continuous Improvement metrics. Manage Quick Kaizen activities. * Develop and coach Kaizen workshops. * Develop training materials and deliver them to plant personnel. * Coordinate Lean Practitioner certifications.
