Job Summary: We are seeking an Auditor to oversee and optimize internal control and financial analysis processes, with a focus on internal audits, inventory management, and risk identification. Your role will be critical in overseeing and optimizing our internal control and financial analysis processes. You will work onsite at our headquarters. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits of processes and financial controls. * Analyze financial reports and identify discrepancies. * Coordinate with various departments to resolve inconsistencies. * Propose improvements to control and efficiency processes. * Organize and audit the General Inventories of branches and the central warehouse. * Audit merchandise movements between warehouses and stores, including returns and cancellations. * Identify risks such as inventory shrinkage, improper cash handling, duplicate bank and/or treasury payments, recurring errors at branches, or misuse of material and/or financial resources. * Perform random inventory checks at stores and the central warehouse. * Conduct sporadic cash drawer reconciliations at branches—2 or 3 times per week per store. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in internal auditing; experience in retail companies is preferred. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports. * Strong communication and effective collaboration skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Education: LAE, Industrial Engineering, Accounting degree, or related field. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have professional development opportunities. * A work culture that values integrity and commitment. * Monthly salary of $25,000 net (negotiable based on experience).
