Time availability **KNOWLEDGE:** Warehouse and inventory management Inventory control method (FIFO) Manifest preparation Operation of loading tools (pallet jack and forklift) Knowledge of warehouse layout and product arrangement Excel and ERP (preferably meat or perishable goods) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Record and update inventory movements Ensure accurate deliveries, receipts, and transfers of products based on requested or notified quantities. Support supervision and assignment of stock clerks’ tasks Conduct random physical inventory counts and prepare information for full physical inventory counts Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse Care for products under custody Cautious handling of packaging **ACTIVITIES:** § Support coordination and supervision of product loading and unloading § Receive, count, and sort products § Record incoming and outgoing transfers in IMAS on the same day § Manage purchase-order-based incoming entries in IMAS and track progress § Report incidents to immediate supervisor § Serve customers collecting products with excellent customer service § Provide reliable information for decision-making § Dispatch inventory rotating stock using the FIFO method § Count and prepare manifests for received products per orders § Sort and store products according to temperature requirements § Maintain products under required temperature conditions § Store products in packaging meeting delivery conditions for customers § Conduct physical inventory counts § Promptly inform immediate supervisor of discrepancies, spoiled products, incidents, variations upon receipt, box conditions, product conditions, or similar issues § Clean the warehouse daily § Request necessary supplies or consumables for operations (plywood, gas, pallets, tapes, strapping, etc.) Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
