Requirements Education: * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Experience: * Minimum 3 years as Warehouse Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or similar position Experience in: * Inventory control (raw materials and finished goods) * Supervision of operational staff * Receiving, storing, and dispatching materials * Implementation of processes and continuous improvement (5S, Lean, Kaizen) * ERP system experience preferred (QAD, JD Edwards, or similar) * Monitoring of logistics KPIs Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate\-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) * Inventory methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) * Warehouse layout and location control * ISO 9001 standards (preferred) * Safety and hygiene (ISO 45001 preferred) * Preferred: WMS, barcode scanners, or RFID Main Responsibilities Operational Management: * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch * Validate material receipts against purchase orders * Ensure efficient and orderly storage * Guarantee timely deliveries to production or internal customers Inventory Control: * Conduct cycle and physical counts * Ensure inventory accuracy versus system records * Monitor losses, discrepancies, and expirations * Implement corrective actions for deviations Leadership: * Coordinate and supervise the warehouse team * Assign tasks and monitor productivity * Evaluate performance and train personnel * Ensure correct use of PPE and equipment Continuous Improvement: * Implement improvements in logistics processes * Apply Lean and 5S methodologies * Optimize time and movement Indicators (KPIs): * Inventory accuracy * Inventory turnover * Losses and scrap * Order picking time * On\-Time In\-Full (OTIF) delivery performance * Staff productivity Safety and Compliance: * Comply with safety and housekeeping standards * Control material access and exit * Participate in internal and external audits Collaboration: * Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality Competencies * Leadership and team management * Organization and planning * Results orientation * Problem analysis and resolution * Effective communication * Decision\-making under pressure We Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * 21\-day Christmas bonus * 30% vacation bonus * Savings fund * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Continuous training Position Type: Full\-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Option for indefinite\-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On\-site employment
