This position is critical to ensuring proper cash flow, payment compliance, and financial control of the company. **Responsibilities** * Scheduling and execution of supplier payments * Budget control and monitoring * Recording and application of payments (customers and suppliers) * Invoice validation according to tax requirements * Billing registration in ERP * Bank reconciliations * Preparation of cash flow reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) * Management of bank accounts * Monitoring of advances * Coordination with the procurement department * Support during internal and external audits * Management of recurring payments (utilities, taxes, payroll) * Financial and tax document control **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field * Experience in treasury, accounts payable, or similar functions * ERP proficiency (Odoo preferred) * Experience with CONTPAQ and SAT portal * Basic to intermediate Excel skills **Skills** * Negotiation ability * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Problem-solving focus * Effective communication * Organization and attention to detail **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $14,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Collaborative work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: $14,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in treasury or accounts payable? * Tell us how you ensure accuracy when managing multiple payments with different due dates. * Have you worked with CONTPAQ or the SAT portal? * Which ERP systems have you used, and for how long?
