We are seeking your talent as a **Support and Infrastructure Engineer**: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Configuration and inspection of computing equipment. * Training and delivery of equipment to newly hired staff. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Network administration (connectivity, functionality, and virtual networks—routers, switches, and APs). * Management of equipment requests and requisitions, along with purchase tracking. * Equipment inventories at warehouse and corporate locations (physical and digital), reports and documentation. * Creation, administration, and configuration of Hyper\-V, VMware, and Amazon AWS virtual machines. * Management of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems. * Participation in technological renovation projects. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Fortigate firewall security systems. * Knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. * Office software knowledge (Microsoft Office, Open Office, Office 365\). * Knowledge of NAS backups and network monitoring. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (degree certificate and professional license). * 1–2 years of experience in support and infrastructure. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * MAC Benefits.
