Opportunity for development in a dynamic role WINDOW BLINDS AND CURTAINS COMPANY IS SEEKING **PURCHASING AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** To work in Valle Dorado, Tlalnepantla. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** ***Assist the Purchasing Manager in performing the following:*** \* Inventory review at the warehouse across all business units \* Generation of requisitions to ensure adequate warehouse stock. \* Preparation of purchase orders via system (fabrics, components, etc.). \* Maintenance services for facilities, offices, warehouses, etc. \* Supporting purchase orders. \* Confirmation of purchase orders. \* Tracking all purchase orders generated in the system and purchase orders in transit. \* Preparation of indirect purchase orders \* Confirmation of purchase orders. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** Minimum two years as a Purchasing Assistant Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the interior design sector ***REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE*** * Intermediate-level Excel ***SKILLS:*** * Analytical * Honest * Proactive * Requires minimal supervision * Organized * Sense of urgency **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary, aligned with market standards Grocery vouchers 30-day year-end bonus Monday through Friday Working hours: 09:00–18:00 hrs.
