




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences during visits, tastings, and customer service, overseeing operations and training staff. Key Highlights: 1. Train staff in wine culture and service. **Purpose:** Ensure exceptional experiences during visits, tastings, and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise service operations at the winery and restaurant. * Maintain premium standards for guest service, table setup, and area cleanliness. * Train staff in wine culture and service. * Manage reservations, visitor flow, and platforms (Maitre, OpenTable, WhatsApp, and email). * Administer glassware and supply inventory, and coordinate purchase orders. * Drive wine and experience sales through commercial strategies. * Prepare weekly visitor reports. * Conduct daily briefings with the service team. * Other related duties. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, Sommelier studies, or related field * Experience in premium hospitality * Knowledge of or formal studies in wines * English proficiency is mandatory Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
