We are currently seeking a **Store Manager** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * **Staff Management:** Schedule shifts, train, and motivate the team to achieve goals. * **Operations and Control:** Manage inventory (stock), orders, and perform cash register closings. * **Customer Service:** Deliver quality service, resolve conflicts, and enhance the shopping experience. * **Store Image and Maintenance:** Ensure the store is clean, organized, and products are properly displayed. * **Target Achievement:** Meet company-defined sales and margin targets. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as store manager, branch manager, or supervisor. * **Skills:** Leadership, results-oriented mindset, assertive communication, and analytical ability. * **Knowledge:** Cash handling, banking terminals, and inventory control.
